我第一次吃蕨菜,是清炒,虽然好吃,但是以我天吃星的一流食商立刻想到此物炒腊肉一定妙不可言。果然,一试之下,不输藜蒿炒腊肉。

这盘是昨晚吃的,卖相不佳是因为去拿相机忘了关火油烧过头了因此发黑。腊肉是剩下的肥肉少的一半,也不够过瘾。贴出来大家看个意思。

哇,没想到81竟然啃了fiddlehead,呵呵,快给说说,清炒要放什么调料吗?还是一点点油+盐就可以了?要不要放点蒜末调味呢?看着81的腊肉馋s哦。。。
