1. 是公司福利,给多少要问公司。HRDC那是从你离职开始算起,要是你公司的sick day能给到你生那天,那你就可以从那天开始申请M P EI了。
2. 反正生产前8周开始就给meternity EI,之前要是能申请到sickness的不管拿几周到了生前8周就转换到meternity了,所以好看你什么时候申请sickness EI,要早早申请才有65周啦,要不就没了。

不过要是能自己工作还是自己工作吧,EI领到的钱太少了。
