那种龙虾分部位吃的, 是会将脑袋和脚砍成小块, 但过油时候油炉温度要高一些, 180 190度吧, 只过壳那些, 目的是将壳部分炸成香酥了, 然后起炒锅, 大量葱姜丝, 黑胡椒白胡椒个人喜好放就成, 主要是要葱姜味, 翻炒时候将黄和膏一起进去炒一下就成了

龙虾煲粥, 其实是生滚粥, 生龙虾砍碎...
