回报7%现在来说有点乐观啦。钱是贬值的。
IMO, 应该等低位买房。最终是要买的。只有便宜的时候入货房子不会亏。
不错,我也想知道现在世道下,7%的稳妥的长期回报是怎样实现的,另外租房也好买房也罢,没的绝对也没的那个更划算,得根据你自己现阶段情况看,如果刚刚开始摸门道看个人发展情况,当然租房子对你来说较好;如果个人发展已经稳定下来想长期在这里奋战,房子终归是要买的,早买早好,现在买总比前两年买好很多。
