如果为了强身健体,可以尝试一下站桩,比如形意拳或者大成拳的站桩均可,马步的运动量太大,而且你又不是从小就练的,年龄大了还是舒缓一些比较妥当。还可以尝试静坐,这个运动量更低。
老大,30多就算年纪大了啊
