贝太的书研究了一下,以前用面包机做面包的时候,每个面包放一带yeast,好象是8g, 但是这本书上,这个面包只放 1g yeast,猫硬着头皮放了 1g,发的很好。做了那么多面包,发觉好面包要面包机揉完面,拿出来烤箱烤~~

切得好是因为刀好,面包刀,或者是非常锋利的刀~~
