我每次开机（Power on）时，都是要install MioPocket, 安装完毕后才显示界面，时间是Jan 01, 2003. 要重新设置时间，你们每次开机也都是这样吗？

I haven't installed MioPocket.
As far as i know, if you hard-reset your GPS, MioPocket will need to re-install.
Regarding the Time, you have to run a GPS navigation system (iGO, etc. or the included PocketGPS) to acquire satellite before the time can be synchronized correctly.
