查了wikipedia, liqueur 是alcoholic beverage,蒸馏过的,一般是果酒,加糖的,酒精含量比spirit低点,比wine 高,大约15%-30%,用来调鸡尾酒或者配咖啡甜点的。

liqueur很多是粮食酿造的 如rum, vodka, tequila等 度数相对高
而wine基本上是葡萄(或类似葡萄的)果子酿造的alcohol 度数相对低 (apple cider不算

喝的时候(有一种说法):mix the grape with grain意为不懂酒乱喝一气
