通过练习瑜伽,体内各腺体平衡发展,交感神经和副交感神经工作正常,人的食欲、新城代谢自然趋于正常,理想身材也就容易达到。个人体会,练习瑜伽后口味趋于清淡,现在根本不想肉食。并不是刻意成为素食者,而是身体给出的信号,过程自然,非常舒服。
