“人未练拳之时百脉滞塞,筋紧缩而短,故力聚于肩膂。”

所以说,松肩是去拙力的关键。而松肩的关键在意识,就是把老想用手臂发力(单独行动的英雄主义)的习惯改掉,想象手臂没了,只是两根弹簧鞭或棍连在人的身体上,由腰来控制两只手臂的运动,那就非常的协调了。
