老婆来加近1年，感情很不稳定，矛盾挺多，感觉她不是很爱我，担心以后会离婚。特别是刚买了房子，署2个人的名字，都是我出的钱。她一直也没工作，只是上学。
读了一些这方面的资料，发现安省法律关于财产分割的，房产似乎不论是你自己婚前买的，还是婚后买的，都要平分:The family home is another exception to the general rules. The law says that when your marriage ends, the full value of the family home must be shared even if one of you owned the home before you were married, received it as a gift or inherited it.Unlike other types of property, you do not get to keep for yourself what the house was worth at the time of your marriage.
请问有什么办法，能防止万一今后离婚我在财产方面损失小点。能否把房子转到我一人名下（好像没什么用），还有是不是我自己账户的存款、基金和RRSP等，离婚时不会被分？
