你这个糯米粉到底什么样的包装?我在tt买过,也用温水和,但是粘手,和国内的不一样。
做青团子不能全部用糯米粉的,还要放点米粉(米摸的粉),要不团子吃起来就太粘牙了,蒸好后不能用手抓着吃了。米粉也不能放太多,要不吃起来皮就很硬。
