应该没有吧，火候和时间掌握好应该煮的过程中就慢慢变透明了，不过我也做不出晶莹剔透的
我觉得把啥干好都有秘诀.我做个咸水鸭,味道不够,水煮鱼光辣不香,辣子肥肠有些异味.中间肯定有秘诀
