呵呵,这个做法是在传统上我改良了一下的,

茄子切厚片,裹上鸡蛋面粉按1比1比例调制的蛋糊,在热油锅里煎到两面金黄,捞起后放在PAPER TOWEL上把油控干,锅里少油,炒花椒蒜姜片葱花(家里没了,我用芹菜替代的),倒入茄子,翻炒均匀,少许高汤,酱油,糖适量(我用了点甜面酱替代),烧熟...
原来是要炸的。。。。茄子很吸油啊,要用很多油吧。。。不过,一定很好吃!
