Bylaw, USA dealer cannot sell new car to Canadian, period.
If you buy the used one, it must be more than half year old and 6000 miles. You cannot drive back to Canada unless you pay US tax. To aviod the double tax, the car must be shipped to custom and you clear it with the boarder and pickup from there.
