默认 腰肌劳损,按摩针灸和整脊疗法, 哪个有效?

不知道是否到了腰椎键盘突出, 现在时有胯股里面疼. 游泳,练背肌, 刚开始, 不知道有效否? 因为疼痛, 不能好好运动.
按摩针灸了几次, 当时效果显著.两周没去, 又开始疼了.
有点灰心了. 是否该试别的方法?
有没有经验的朋友介绍一下?
整脊疗法? 先把脊柱调好了? 再辅助按摩针灸? 听说这个有点危险, 跟医生好坏关系很大. 有无好的可介绍?
唉, 一堆问题念头, 都不知从何开始了. 大家提点建议吧... 期待中.
