不是花椒的麻椒,那是个什么东东?
问四川人,都知道:花椒的皮是红的,麻椒的皮是褐色的--拌“夫妻肺片”的料,加的就是这种。我是去年在“龙泰”买的,会来放锅里炒过,然后用打碎机打碎备用。
