同大温大多比,卡城一些老物业建筑格局质量还是比较差的。随着建筑设计,材料,工艺,大众审美水平等的提高,购买者的胃口是越来越高,老物业是越来越落伍了。这也就是为审美list的物业多,难有中意的。 从这点来看,老物业随着时间会不断贬值。老物业如果地脚不好,地不大,将来会越来越难卖。

购旧屋,推到重来费时费力,不如买新宅。新宅大多偏离市中心,绿化交通社区配套需要一定的时间。 看了好多新区,房子大,地少,物业拥挤,只见房子和人不见树木,感觉进了戈壁滩
