步骤前面已经有人写过了呀,没想到你这么爱读,那我就不辞劳苦再写一遍,

1) 鸡腿用生抽,料酒,和胡椒粉码上2小时。
2) 我决定省掉糖色,因为我认为这个工序对口味影响不大。
3) 炒锅上油爆姜沫,直接炒鸡腿。
4) 然后加水,老抽,糖,八角,桂皮,葱段和更多的姜片,煮熟。
