心静挺简单的,只要你舍得去试试一定会很惊讶于他的简单。

每天晚上练一练,没有时间限制,不想练就停下来,想练就继续。不要担心晚上练习时间长了会缩短睡眠时间,这样的练习很放松大脑跟睡觉效果大概差不多。
