不一定要律师出面。 先收集资料如bank说的那样。

然后写一封措词强烈的complain信, 把所有的资料附上。 交给管理人员, 要收到这封信的回执。 然后打电话给manager 要求面谈解决此事, 一般在那个时候就可以解决了。 如果还是不行, 这边有租房的法庭, 采取法律行动。 整个过程都不需要律师。
