测试和找工目标交流确实互为因果。很难说测试是确定工作目标还是确定工作目标来测试。但有几个建议给大家。
1，如果有登出的广告，就业需求又非常强烈的话就不要考虑与中介谈目标，除非他主动突出，这个时候要尽量突出与工作职位match的能力。不要被中介牵鼻子走。要表达强烈的就业愿望和能胜任工作的信心。中国人都太老实。我有一个朋友，当中介问他能经常举起60B的物体时，他老实说7-8下。其实你再仔细想，如果60B东西肯定上机器了。举偶尔1_2下可能。你只要说那个简单，没有问题，不要犹豫。
2，如果是walkin。找中介Broadcast to Recruiter ，不妨多说说你的专长，比如你有编程的能力还有维修的能力。中介听的时候他会自己就职业市场对号入座。要知道，中介靠我们吃饭。他不会放过任何剥削的机会的
3，关于找工目标交流，还有一些技巧。就是找工前，多作市场调查，那类工作目前市场需求高。要求如何。别看自己的工作历史。然后再在自己的工作历史和经验中找闪光点去对号。
4，目标交流实际上是一个讨价还价的过程。不要放过自己推荐自己的机会。
我为什么把目标交流单独出来让大家重视，大家都知道男怕入错行。如何目标交流出现失误。对将来的发展是后患无穷的。我想每个过来的人都知道。
