默认 煎大虾

用的是Costco买的超大孟加拉淡水虾,当中半刨开平底锅两面煎黄,撒上海盐,葱花,姜丝调味。
锅里剩下的一点汤汁味道极其鲜美,千万不要浪费,用来煎蘑菇最佳,皇子菇或者白/褐姬菇都行。
这道菜很好做,不到10分钟就可以做好,而且很受欢迎,每次聚会都是一抢而光。
