今天收到了劳工部的一封信,要求10月14日去参加Fact Finding Meeting,并且要求随身带如下许多文件,这又让我很泄气,因为如我以前所说,我只在那里做了9天,而且没有打算长做,所以从一开始就没有书面证据,都是很不正规的口头协议,证人也找不到,觉得胜算不大了.
1.a photocopy of the selp-help letter to your employer and any mailing receipts for same;
2.copies of any other correspondence related your claim;
3.copy of "Record of Employment";
4.copy of contract of employment or relevant company policies;
5.copy of any warning letters received;
6.copy of notice of termination;
7.written statement of facts leading to your termination/lay-off;
8.copies of pay stubs;
9.copies of time sheets;
10.breakdown of hours worked(day book,diaries,clendar records,etc);
11.copy of T4 slips;
12.copies of pay cheques from employer;
13.copies of any other documents which support your position.
头都大了!朋友们,我现在还有什么办法吗?
