吃东西要“粗旷”点,别那么讲究,那么金贵。
保证足够运动量。
我们很少吃精加工东西,都很粗的~~

运动量也足够。身体不需要太精细的东西,但是身体不能什么都吃,那成了垃圾桶了。人的疾病跟食物是密切相关的~~
