中国人多的区？还是很富的区？或者现在还没到时间，房子才刚开始跌，人家还没破产。现在要买房子的人也很痛苦。 
中国人消费比较谨慎，所以不容易破产，那些鬼老领工资都来不及。

I disagree.I know some white guys they all paid off mortage and they are ready to buy more properties.and they live in the house size that they needed though they make over 100,000 a year
