如果又有人问用什么羊肉,那里买。我如果推荐上新疆买腿肉,就有人开始说我不厚道了。

就地取材的话,Superstore的羊肩肉是我认为最容易找到而且相对比较合适的。虽然用羊肩肉在串的时候麻烦一些,但肥瘦适中,比商店里买的腿肉更加适合用来烤羊肉串。
