谢谢大家,但是还有一个问题,我买的烤盘上面有个铁架子,是不是把火鸡直接放到这个铁架子上面,为啥有个铁架子呢,这样的话,火鸡烤出来的汤水不就到底部盘子上了,火鸡不就会干了吗?这样火鸡肚子里面的饭就没有汤水进去了。不解,是不是在铁架子上面要铺个锡皮纸呢,那要这样,还不如直接放烤盘里,应该怎么做更好呢?
这是grill啊,都是放上面烤,然后油之类的滴下去的。不用也可以,如果你不怕油。还有就是把火鸡放在土豆芹菜胡萝卜之类的蔬菜上烤,滴下去的汤全都考了蔬菜了~~
