我爸以前在家做热干面就是这样用电风扇吹的。。

我要是没有电风扇呢。。。。。你用意大利面做过吗?这个长春面会不会太软?其实我关键是想问调料,除了姜蒜以外你还放什么?
试过,非常干爽,但一定要选细一点的面条,否则味道进不去。长春面要煮的时间短,过了就会软。

放生抽,醋,花椒油,白胡椒,辣油,糖,就这些啊。
