默认 【求助】买生意怎么保护自己的租约?

大家知道中华牛羊肉馆租约风波吧, 签了10+5的租约也不管用, 物业易主, 新业主中止合同, 限期3个月搬出。
现在看生意也有这样的顾虑, 如果花了十几万买个店, 过不长时间出现这种情况, 那不就亏大了?
这种情况有办法避免吗?看店时应该怎么注意这方面的问题? 原店主和房东都不会完全诚实吧。 律师能不能帮你查到有用的信息, 或者在租约里能不能加什么条款保护自己的利益?
