说真的,我个人体会是要能所谓的“气敛入骨”的首要前提是能感觉到骨。如果对骨一点感觉都没有,去谈什么“气敛入骨”没什么意义。这就好比你要收集雨水总得先有盆吧。等到一举一动都能感觉到骨头了,神秘莫测的“气敛入骨”就变成了很自然的东西了。我本人不大相信气,所以与其说“气敛入骨”,我更倾向于“意敛入骨”。但...
同意。要能感觉到骨头,前提就是要松净。还有就是要保持颈椎和脊椎在一直线上,这样才利于自然的腹式呼吸(气沉丹田),也利于气血的畅通(气贴背)。
