我也是直接从RAR释放的。问题是扫描歌曲的时候，在英文环境下都是错误。我已经把能改的设置都改成中文环境了。包括unicode，但还是不行。只有在中文系统下才能装出来。

请问您是在XP还是在Vista下面安装的？
VISTA和WIN 7我都试了, 没成功.
