我也出现过rebate没到帐的情况，给greatcanadianrebates写信，很快就解决。
另外，凡是请我解答问题的人，先声明是点击我的referral link注册的，撒谎也行，否则，没兴趣回答问题了。

Hi,
Yours is definitely missing as there are people who applied after you and received their rebate. We only offer rebates if it is in the reports from American Express Canada. Your is not in the reports.
We will have to submit a missing transaction inquiry to them. They need the following information :
1. Primary card holder name
2. Primary card holder address
3. Date of Application
4. Last 4 digits of the card
5. Confirmation number (if available. It will speed things up)
