是啊,不过一些说法就是吃这个好,吃那个好,有些偏。
比如,就我知道的,对蛋白质的吸收需要碳水化合物,维生素等。所以只提高蛋白摄取不够。同理,补充鱼油,一定要跟着补充相关事物,才能发挥鱼油的作用。米饭+炒菜+鱼油=白吃。
这个我给我很多supplement,但是我一向是建议大家多吃whole food的,supplement只能是supplement,从来没有说过光吃什么就行了~~
