The Audiophile Club of Toronto is a GTA area private audiophile club. We are proud to be the most active audiophile group in town.
If you are interested in the ACT, please note that we are not just an online forum but an active group with 24 meetings per yr. Those considering membership must be prepared to host events at your home.
The Membership process begins with an invitation to one of our events, plus an initial visit by existing members. Formal membership is granted by general consensus of the existing members after 60 days of application to ensure active participation, and background safety check.

A-C-T Group Charter
1) New members requires an initial visit by 10 members of the group
2) Personal info must be posted on the database
3) Members must have an audio system with a min. value of 10k
4) Guest non-members are welcomed to attend but permission must be obtained from the host
5) The host will specify the number of attendees permitted per hosting
6) Separate casual meetings between members are frequent, but are considered separate from formal hosting.
7) Members must commit to hosting at least once per rotation cycle
8) Personal information must remain confidential
9) Group additions and changes to policy are done by a general consensus model
10) System bashing is prohibited, violation will result in cancellation of membership
11) New members must send an email to ACT to acknowledge that he has read and agree to all rules and regulations of the group
12) The group must not be used as a venue for product promotion or marketing sales
13) Hosting dates must be confirmed within 1 month ahead of time
14) Missed hosting must be rescheduled asap or membership will be cancelled
15) Racism is prohibited
16) New members must host within 1 mth of joining
17) New members are accepted with a min. of NET 10 vote of admission at the end of 2 mths
