刚给车换了K&N filter and Cabin Filter. 没发现油耗有多大变化.现在油耗略小于10L/100km,高速上非常稳. 换Filter的同时查车的Coolant时发现Overflow tank 里Coolant液面偏低约一寸(买车已三月)!. 已经让Dealer加满.现正在密切观察中... 好在买车时有7个月/1.1wkm的power Chain Warranty. 希望能在保修期内找到并解决问题.
查了下网上2000-2003IMPALA的通病,计有:
1. Intermediate Steering Shaft. (clunk at turning)
2. Upper intake manifold (plenum) warp or leakage (coolant level low, sludging)
3. Brake warp or rust fast (brake pulsation or squealing)
4.早期IMPALA还有CATALYST Converter Ｐroblem.

大家开车时应注意观察Coolant 液面.

最后指出一点, 2003 IMPALA在我所查的网站中从顾客满意度,可靠性以及Complain数量来看均要好于2003 CAMRY.
