immigrants are suffering from stresses mentally and emotionally, based on your info you posted here, I do believe everybody should continuously and consistantly try to find stress solutions not only in financial, acdemic, but also in personal stress. The only thing I can say here is that try to figure out how to reduce your stress and avoid to be stressful. For example: chant, make more friends, play the poker, yelling to the lake on the beach, go to community center and fitness club(do not worry about the fee, it will be on your hubby's bill.). Go to ACC watch the hockey game(even in some community centers on weekend, there are lot of youth hockey games), NBA game, go to the CN tower, museum, ontario science center....................I even think you can go to Disney for fun.............
Anyway, do not give up!!! hold the line, do not be depressed!
