我也不知道,就是那种看上去很漂亮,大约一厘米厚的,颜色鲜艳的.
生肉的激素水平高,中国人吃肉做得很烂,连带把激素也破坏了。牛排做法可能不会那末熟。

我觉得就这点要注意一下。
