才看到这个羊肉贴。和这里说的比起来,本人两年烤羊肉串经验该叫先进科技了。

看来各地的经验都一样=========不能事先淹,一定要烤鲜肉!
最好的羊肉,本人觉得还是costco的鲜无骨羊肉。

祝大家入秋前,都吃上香喷喷的烤羊肉串!另外推荐用计算机箱的一部分改成的烤架,极其容易好用、本人就是这么弄地。
