我两次一次付5%,一次4%,都是外国经纪。
但是听说中国经纪收得便宜,但我没敢找。
房地产经纪,老中老外没啥区分吧。不管买还是卖都是自己拿主意,经济也就是给个建议,把法律文件准备好

我一个朋友,买卖时也是3.5,2年前,那个经济还算是新手,不过为人办事我朋友倒是很称赞,上心有责任。
