默认 为什么我煮的阿胶羹这么难喝?

阿胶加黄酒泡24个小时. 基本融化了, 加些热水, 冰糖, 黑芝麻,核桃仁. 上锅蒸40分钟.

热时喝还没觉得什么. 转天从冰箱里拿出来, 舀了一勺, 放温水里一喝, 怎么这末难喝呀. 有股驴皮味. 是不是我心理作用? 还是我买的阿胶是假的. 在这边找了半天, 也没找到东阿阿胶.
