默认 2012 活动会不断调整

1)虽然每次强度都不大,但每次都有受伤的(程度不同而已),即使那些比较专业的hiker也不例外
2)如果你不经常锻炼,偶尔出来走三四个小时,受伤的可能性很大
3)出发前的热身活动很重要,能有效的降低受伤概率
4)如果感觉不好,请不要勉强,中途退出,下次再来
5)无论强度如何,锻炼的频率最重要,一次走20公里,不如每天走3-4公里
6)我是自娱自乐,没受过任何专业训练,我的意见想法多有谬误,大家锻炼之前(包括参加我组织的活动)请咨询医生或专家
