如果网络断了, 必须在家打电话ACANAC才能给你处理. 因为它要问你很多问题, 确认断网的原因. 如果确定是BELL线路, ACANAC才会给BELL发TICKET. 几天后BELL的TECHNICIAN才会联系你进行维修. 因此EMAIL是不能解决断网问题的.
