看来dealer的广告就是不能信啊!换tensioner跟换正时带一样麻烦,搞不好tensioner比正时带还贵呢。
其实正时带未必不好,Subaru Boxer engine都有正时带。
嗯,广告从来就不该相信,尤其是车的。

换 tensioner 比换 chain/belt 容易的多。

不用打开 head,直接才引擎某个侧面拧下来换上去就行了,大概 $60-$100 一个,就是一个小小的液压筒,跟压皮带的液压 tensioner 差不多。

以前压皮带都是用弹簧 tensioner 的,现在很多车升级到用液压 tensioner,或者液压加弹簧的 tensioner, 这么一来就稳多了,噪音也小多了,就是年份长了会老化。
