CASCADERO COPPER CORPORATION CLOSES NON-BROKERED FLOW THROUGH PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Cascadero Copper Corp.'s non-brokered private placement originally announced on Sept. 21, 2012, and amended on Oct. 10, 2012, is fully subscribed. Cascadero Copper has received subscriptions for 4.19 million units for total cash proceeds of $500,300.
Each unit is priced at 12 cents and consists of one Cascadero Copper flow-through common share and one Cascadero Copper flow-through common share purchase warrant. One share purchase warrant entitles the holder to purchase one Cascadero Copper common flow-through share at 14 cents for a period of two years from closing. The unit is subject to a 121-day hold period from closing.
The financing is subject to regulatory approval, including acceptance of the financing by the TSX Venture Exchange.
The use of proceeds is to continue exploration on the company's Ontario properties.
I bought 100k FT 12 CENTS AND 100K 14CENTS FT WARRANTS. I won't be able to sell those shares until Next Feb.
