每天早晨冷水洗脸时,手捧水,用鼻子尽量吸入冷水到不被呛着,当然越练吸的越深,清洗鼻腔的同时,让鼻子内的血管得到按摩和适应能力提高,不再容易感冒!

跟弟处时间长了,你会受益匪浅,而且简单,养生呀我现在奏是静不下心,学太极呢
大哥多年没有专门洗脸了,show 两次就完事。

从鼻子里吸入清水增强抗感冒能力,倒是听说过,以后没事就洗脸,试一试。

太极效果如何? 我已经刻好了《八段锦》光盘一星期了,近期准备开始第一式。
