It's not necessary for you to prove the adultery but the other party have to
say "yes" to her/his adultery in an Affidavit. Normally, support is effective in the following month after the judgment granted. Of course, a court order can
change the support time to any date.
Normally, separate address, bank statement,etc are not required to prove your separation.
