some friends asked me the qualifications for application. If your GPA is lower than 3.0, there is no chance for you. McGill will prefer to have no student but would not accept a substandard for enrollment. Basically,
GPA 3.5 or higher, very much will be accepted (80% average in chinese uni.)
GPA3.3-3.5 with good references, and Undergraduate programs are very related, should not have problems as well
GPA3.0-3.3, good reference plus several years work experiences in this field, may have a chance to enroll in the distance program.
