知道具体是哪个脏器吗?是不是肝?上两周刚做了abdominal ultrasound,医生没通知我回去看他,估计没检查到有什么问题。

对了,能不能给科普下为什么练...
瑜伽对腺体平衡特别好,可以养生养心。其它运动也很好,如果瑜伽和其它运动相结合就最好~~
