不知道现在的年薪价码,家庭年收入至少15万吧,4倍年薪的贷款60万以上,加上首付7万,可以买67万以上的房子,妥妥的,应该没有任何贷款问题的呀
刚登录一年,信用不多,工作不长,如果首付低于20%只能送Genworth,CMHC不做
